Halfords decided to give back to the brilliant frontline staff of the NHS by offering a free 10-point check on cars during the out-break, including top ups of air and screen wash plus tests on lights. We raised awareness of Halford’s brilliant initiative by packaging it up as a news story, utilising an integrated distribution strategy to land coverage across print and digital outlets in over 175 publications, including Daily Star, Daily Mail, Mirror, Express, Scotsman and more.The story had a feel-good factor and brought some relief to readers, whilst saluting the tireless work of NHS staff.
