GENERAL RULES
1. The Promoter
1.1 This “Promoter” is operated 72Point Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04092908). Our registered office is at 21 Farringdon Road, London, EC1M 3HA. Pinpep® and OnePoll® are trading names and registered trademarks of 72Point Ltd.
2. The Promotion
2.1 These terms apply to the “PRCA 12 Days of Christmas Prize Draw” (the “Promotion”).
2.2 The Promotions are open to participation until midnight on Monday 22nd December 2025 (the “Promotion End Date”). By participating in the Promotion you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these rules, and the procedures for participation in the Promotion.
3. General Rules Applicable to the Promotion
3.1 These General Rules are in addition to the Specific Promotion Rules and entry procedures et out in Section 4 below.
3.2 Participants must be UK resident, and at least 18 years of age at the date of participation. Ineligible Persons may not participate in the Promotion, and any attempt to do so will be void.
3.3 “Ineligible Person” means an employee of any SWNS Media Group Company, their immediate families, and members of their households; a consultant, agency, or advisor engaged to provide services to any SWNS Media Group company during period Promotion Period; any person designated by the promoter as being an Ineligible Person for breach of any of the Promotion rules.
3.4 The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, require proof of eligibility, residence, and age.
3.5 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. For commercial or operational reasons, the Promoter may substitute a prize with one of similar type, quality, and value.
3.6 If the prize includes a voucher, these are subject to the issuer’s terms, including without limitation expiry and block-out dates. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem vouchers in accordance with the issuer’s terms.
3.7 The Promoter is not liable for any loss incurred by Participant as a result of (a) entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed for any reason, including but not limited to a failure of the network or platform (b) inability of a Participant to receive their prize for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. Save for any loss which cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter, any member of the SWNS Media Group, and their respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person participating in a Promotion, or receiving/using a prize from a Promotion, howsoever caused.
3.8 Personal information of Participants will be processed solely in connection with the administration of the Promotion.
3.9 In respect of each Participant who wins a prize, the Promoter is required to make the name, city/county, and prize won available to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”). By participating in the Promotion, each Participant consents to such disclosure.
3.10 In respect of each Participant who wins a prize, the Promoter is required to make the name, city/county, and prize won available to anyone who request this. The list of prize-winning Participants will be available after the Promotion ends by emailing hello@72point.com.
3.11 By participating in the Promotion, each person participating as an individual consents to the disclosures set out in 3.10 above. Individual Participants may opt out of this disclosure by notifying the Promoter that they do not wish their personal information to be disclosed in such a manner. Participants must do so by emailing hello@72point.com.
3.12 Any Participant who is participating on behalf of an organisation warrants that they have the authority to authorise the disclosure of the organisation’s name, city/county, and prize won as set out in 3.9 and 3.10 above.
3.12 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, withdraw prizes, or disqualify participants who it reasonably believes have breached the rules of the Promotion.
3.14 The Promoter may void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
3.15 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
4. Specific Promotion Rules and How to Particpate
4.1. Participants must be members of the PRCA, or employed by a member of the PRCA.
4.2 To enter the Promotion, Participants must send an email to hello@72Point.com with the subject line “12 Days of Christmas” before the Promotion End Date to be eligible to participate in the draw for one of two prizes:

4.3. Only one entry per Participant is permitted. Additional entries or attempts to circumvent the entry mechanism may result in disqualification.
4.4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
4.5 Prizes may not be exchanged, altered or upgraded.
4.6. After the Promotion End Date, two winners will be selected at random by computer from all valid entries received.
4.7 Winners will be announced on 23 December 2025, and will be contacted using the email address used to submit the entry. If a winner cannot be reached by 31 January 2026 the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4.8. The Promoter will make prize services available until 31 March 2026, and will use reasonable efforts to provide the prize services on a date convenient to the winner (within that timeframe). Any prize service not used by that date will be forfeit.
