The campaign centred on new research exploring whether children know what to do in an emergency, who to call and how to communicate their exact location to emergency services.
To bring the findings to life, we worked with two young case studies whose story demonstrated the life-saving impact of what3words in a real-world situation.
After an accident in a remote woodland location, one child was able to call 999 and use what3words to pinpoint their exact location, enabling emergency services and the air ambulance to reach the scene quickly.
Rather than relying solely on the research, the campaign focused on authentic human stories and high-impact visuals. Filmed on location alongside an air ambulance pilot, the piece combined first-hand accounts with original imagery from the incident, creating a compelling narrative that immediately resonated with broadcasters.
