Founded in 1905, The AA provides vehicle insurance, driving lessons, breakdown cover, loans, motoring advice, road maps and other services. The business wanted to promote their AA Driving School theory test app to help tackle the problem of low pass driving test rates.

To generate news coverage for the app, the 72Point team developed a news story based on further analysis of the DVSA Data, conducting regional reporting of the findings, to highlight the differences in pass rates across the UK.

This analysis provided a platform to then talk about the AA Driving School’s new app, and how it can help those wanting to pass, but finding it difficult to keep up with current road rules.
