- The Promoter
This promotion is operated by 72Point Ltd (also referred to as “us”/”we”/”our”).
We are registered in England and Wales (company number 04092908), and have our registered office at 21 Farringdon Road, London, EC1M 3HA. We trade under the names 72Point, OnePoll, Oath, Pinpep, and Play PR, each of which is a trademark of 72Point Ltd.
The Promotion
The title of the promotion is the “72Point Broadcast Spin the Wheel”.
The promotion is a competition, in which the participant (“you”/”your”) spins a wheel on a website, in order to win a prize.
- How to enter
The promotion will run throughout the “Promotion Period”, which commences at 00:01 on 26th February 2026 and which will close at midnight on 31st March 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
All qualifying work must be booked in during the Promotion Period. Work booked outside the Promotion Period does not qualify you for entry into the competition.
Entry to the competition must be completed by midnight on 31st December 2025 and Access Keys (see below) will remain valid until that time. After that time the prize wheel will no longer be available, and no prize will be awarded.
To enter the competition:
When booking in work to 72 Point during the Promotion Period you will receive an “Access Key” from your account manager.
YOU MUST KEEP A NOTE OF YOUR ACCESS KEY AS YOU WILL NEED THIS TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE.
Go to https://www.72point.com/portfolio/72point-spin-the…l-broadcast-2026 and enter the Access Key when prompted.
Click on the “SPIN” button in the centre of the wheel to spin the wheel.
When the wheel stops spinning your prize will be indicated by the arrow on the right-hand side.
We will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any Internet failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

- Eligibility
The competition is only open to employees of 72Point Ltd’s clients who book in work to the value of at least £7,500 during the Promotion Period, who are resident in the UK, and are aged 18 years or over. The following are not eligible to participate in the promotion:
(a) our employees or those of our holding or subsidiary companies, or subsidiary companies of our holding company;
(b) employees of our agents or suppliers or their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
- The prizes
Every participant is guaranteed to win a prize. There are limited numbers of certain prizes.
When the number of available prizes of a particular type is exhausted the prize is removed from the wheel.

* Corporate prizes must be redeemed (i.e. work booked in) on or before 31st March 2026.
Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, which may include limitations on dates on which they may be used. If a “use by” or expiry date is specified on a voucher, the winner of that voucher alone is responsible for ensuring its use before the stated date. We are not liable for any delay or failure to use vouchers before they expire, for the application of the issuer’s terms and conditions, or for the winner being unable to use the voucher due to any circumstance beyond our control.
Prizes may not be substituted, and there is no cash alternative.
Prizes are not negotiable or transferrable.
To claim your prize, simply contact your account manager or Mukaram Sial (mukaram.sial@72point.com). You will need your access key to claim (see below) for full details of how to claim.
- Winners
Our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will publish the surname and county of prize winners and, their winning entries on our website www.72point.com/spinwheel_ winners. We will also send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails mukaram.sial@72point.com within one month after the Closing Date of the promotion.
If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the us at mukaram.sial@72point.com. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Claiming the prize
To claim your prize you must contact your account manager or Mukaram Sial (mukaram.sial@72point.com) not later than midnight on 31st January 2026. You will need to quote your Access Key, and arrangements will be made to deliver your prize to you as soon as practicable. Any prizes not claimed by midnight on 1st February 2026 may be forfeit.
Please allow 28 days after claiming for delivery of the prize.
We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
- Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by our negligence, our agents or distributors or that of their respective employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Data protection and publicity
Any personal information entrants provide in connection with the process will be used only for the purpose of managing the promotion and will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy (available on request).
9. General
if there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
