GENERAL RULES
- The Promoter
1.1 This “Promoter” is operated 72Point Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 04092908). Our registered office is at 21 Farringdon Road, London, EC1M 3HA. PinPep® is a trading name and registered trademark of 72Point Ltd.
- The Promotion
2.1 These terms apply to the “PinPep Digital Advent Calendar Social Promotion” (the “Promotion”).
2.2 The Promotions are open to participation until midnight on Wednesday 24 December 2025 (the “Promotion End Date”). By participating in the Promotion you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these rules, and the procedures for participation in the Promotion.
- Rules Applicable to the Promotion
3.1 Participants must be UK resident, and at least 18 years of age at the date of participation. Ineligible Persons may not participate in the Promotion, and any attempt to do so will be void.
3.2 “Ineligible Person” means an employee of any SWNS Media Group Company, their immediate families, and members of their households; a consultant, agency, or advisor engaged to provide services to any SWNS Media Group company during period Promotion Period; any person designated by the promoter as being an Ineligible Person for breach of any of the Promotion rules.
3.3 The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, require proof of eligibility, residence, and age.
3.4 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. For commercial or operational reasons, the Promoter may substitute a prize with one of similar type, quality, and value.
3.5 If the prize includes a voucher, these are subject to the issuer’s terms, including without limitation expiry and block-out dates. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem vouchers in accordance with the issuer’s terms.
3.6 The Promoter is not liable for any loss incurred by Participant as a result of (a) entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed for any reason, including but not limited to a failure of the network or platform (b) inability of a Participant to receive their prize for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. Save for any loss which cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter, any member of the SWNS Media Group, and their respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person participating in a Promotion, or receiving/using a prize form a Promotion, howsoever caused.
3.7 Personal information of Participants will be processed solely in connection with the administration of the Promotion.
3.8 In respect of each Participant who wins a prize, the Promoter is required to make the name, city/county, and prize won available to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”). By participating in the Promotion, each Participant consents to such disclosure.
3.9 In respect of each Participant who wins a prize, the Promoter is required to make the name, city/county, and prize won available to anyone who request this. The list of prize winning Participants will be available after the Promotion ends by emailing mukaram.sial@72point.com. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant consents to such disclosure unless they notify the Promoter that they do not wish their personal information to be disclosed in such a manner by emailing mukaram.sial@72point.com .
3.10 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, withdraw prizes, or disqualify participants who it reasonably believes have breached the rules of the Promotion.
3.11 The Promoter may void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at its sole discretion.
3.12 The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
- How to Enter the PinPep Digital Advent Calendar Social Promotion
4.1 The PinPep Digital Advent Calendar features daily PR photography highlights, posted in the PinPep Media Instagram page.
4.2 This Promotion, is subject to these rules and procedures, and the general rules set out above. It is open to anyone other than Ineligible Persons. No purchase is necessary.
4.3 The “Promotion Period” is 1st December 2025 to the earlier of midnight on 24th December 2025 the date on which all available prizes have been won (the “Promotion End Date”).
4.4 Any attempt to participate in the Promotion outside the Promotion Period shall be void.
4.5 Participants must complete both of the following steps before the Promotion End Date:
(a) Follow the Instagram account @pinpepmedia; and
(b) Tag three people in the comments of any Pinpep Digital Advent Calendar Instagram post.
4.4 There is no limit to the number of times a Participant may take part in the Promotion, each comment tagging three people constitutes one valid entry. A participant may not tag an individual in more than one comment; any attempt to tag the same person in multiple comments will lead to the participant being classed an Ineligible Person.
4.5 At or before midday on Monday 8th December, and each subsequent Monday during the Promotion Period valid participants will be selected at random by computer. Selected participants will be announced on the PinPep Media Instagram page, and will also be contacted by Instagram Direct Message.
4.6 By Participating in the Promotion participants expressly agree to their name and prize being announced on the PinPep Media Instagram page., should they be selected as a potential prize winner.
4.8 Selected participants will receive an individual code entitling them to one spin of the with a chance to win one of the prizes listed below. 72Point will use reasonable endeavours to ensure prizes delivered within 28 days of notification.
4.5 At the start of the Promotion available prizes include:

4.6 Prizes are shown on a spinning wheel. There is a limited number of prizes in each of the above categories; once all prizes in a category have been won that prize will be removed from the wheel.
