Diversity in the Workplace

A detailed diversity study of 10,000 workers representing thousands of companies across 10 countries.

It turns out, the UK ranks worst for recruiting those from diverse backgrounds and providing maternity and paternity pay outside of statutory requirements.

We carried out the research and developed an in-depth scoring system – with points awarded out of 10 for different categories – placing the UK bottom of the list of 9 countries, with 38 points.

The findings were packaged up and distributed to the media, and an insightful video featuring 2 employees discussing their experiences was shot, bringing the research results to life.

An important campaign that calls on the nation’s businesses to work on their diversity and inclusion policies.
