It turns out, the UK ranks worst for recruiting those from diverse backgrounds and providing maternity and paternity pay outside of statutory requirements.<\/p>\n

We carried out the research and developed an in-depth scoring system – with points awarded out of 10 for different categories – placing the UK bottom of the list of 9 countries, with 38 points.<\/p>\n

The findings were packaged up and distributed to the media, and an insightful video featuring 2 employees discussing their experiences was shot, bringing the research results to life.<\/p>\n
