How did we do that? First, we polled the nation to find out how Brits feel about sustainability – from their car choices to their fish preferences. The results formed the backbone of a national media sell-in, with an expert spokesperson tackling the stats across radio and broadsheets.
For social channels and red tops, we added some flavour – bringing in TikTok star Chip Shop Diva to serve up freshly fried chips straight from the back of two Dacia Springs parked by the pier.
With the cars cooking chips and the sea glinting in the background, our content captured the perfect mix of fun, innovation, and beautiful British summertime.
In the lead-up to the event, we contacted regional what’s on pages to pull in a local crowd – then followed up with a wave of social and press activity to keep the story sizzling.
By launch day, we’d clocked up 200+ pieces of positive coverage, with our expert landing 12 radio slots and 2 national broadsheet features.
And joint content with Chip Shop Diva delivered the highest social engagement the brand has ever seen.
