The British Lung Foundation are the only UK charity who are dedicated to looking after the nation’s lungs. They came to us looking for national news coverage aimed at highlighting how cold weather can have a big impact on people living with a lung condition.
We settled on a fresh perspective on the issue and researched how many UK workers believe they have caught a bug off of a colleague but decided to soldier on rather than take time off – a topical idea as the nation returned to work after the Christmas break.
The accessibility and relevance of the content meant it landed in over 30 pieces of coverage, including major digital news sites such as Yahoo, The Independent and The Express. The project also achieved an online readership of 260 million and an estimated coverage views of 550,000.
