The Brief

To drive footfall in Oxfam stores over Christmas, the charity needed media exposure that highlighted their position as leading Christmas Card retailers on the British high street.

The Idea

The 72point team delivered a positive and uplifting news story centering on how great it is to receive them – revealing how important it is to receive real Christmas cards rather than well-meaning text messages.

The Result

The project achieved over 45 pieces of national coverage across traditional and digital media and furthermore, touched on issues of loneliness in society, contributing to conversations surrounding the high-profile campaign led by the Jo Cox Loneliness Commission.
