About 72Point

We don’t like to brag…but we do like to call ourselves National News Specialists.

Why? Because we achieve national news exposure for a very wide range of clients – regardless of whether they’re big brands or small start-ups.

We’ll hunt for a story, find a news angle and generate some serious column inches – in print and online. We’ll also secure some air time on radio with the help of our own in-house Radio PR team.

We’re in quite a unique position to do so – as part of SWNS we have a direct link with the national press via our own in-house newswire AND full access to online market research tool

Established over 40 years, SWNS are the UK’s largest independent press agency distributing news, pictures, video and PR content to global print and online media platforms. is our market research partner. We have full access to their highly engaged UK panel, and can compile and host an online survey and collate results from 2,000 people within 24 hours.  We are hard to beat when it comes to survey-based news stories.

Our creative team (including trained news journalists) write press copy around survey results and can distribute a client’s story, with the all-important PR messages and quotes, via our in-house newswire to national newspapers. Our digital team supply the story to bloggers, news and web sites, and can extend the reach of a campaign even further by sharing and promoting the story via key social media platforms – generating maximum exposure for the brand.
